 The Role
 
 
 
 
 The Principal will be the academic and cultural leader of the school, responsible for driving excellence in teaching and learning while building a strong, future-ready school ecosystem.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide strategic and instructional leadership aligned with the school&rsquo;s vision and values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high standards of academic delivery through effective curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and outcome-based monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and lead a strong, motivated teaching and administrative team with a culture of accountability and growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen partnerships with parents and the wider community through transparent communication and collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage technology and data to enhance learning outcomes, school operations, and stakeholder engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day school operations while contributing to long-term planning and school development.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Postgraduate degree with
 
 B.Ed / M.Ed
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 10&ndash;15 years of overall experience
 
 in K&ndash;12 education, with
 
 at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
 
 (Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in leading academic teams and managing school-wide initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with educational technology, digital systems, and modern school management practices.
 </li>
