Who I am:I'm Patrick Laurienti &mdash; a top-producing real estate agent closing $550K+ in GCI and building toward a 7-figure business. I move fast. My mind runs fast. I'm highly logical, direct, and obsessed with getting better &mdash; and I want someone on my team who shares that same drive.I'm making my first EA hire, and this isn't a 'sit at a desk and answer phones' role. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who wants to be the engine behind a fast-moving operator. You won't just support me &mdash; you'll protect me, anticipate me, and at times push back on me when my plate is overflowing.My dad always said: don't sit around waiting to be told what to do &mdash; think about what's needed next and be ready. That's the standard I hold myself to, and it's the standard I need from you.What you'll own:- Inbox management &mdash; I want to never have to open my email if I don't have to. You own it.- Calls &amp; texts &mdash; Fielding and responding to clients and agents on my behalf- Calendar protection &mdash; You guard my time like it's yours- Listing coordination &mdash; Inputting listings to MLS, coordinating photos and staging, collecting showing feedback, and keeping sellers in the loop so I don't have to- Contract-to-close management &mdash; Once we're under contract, you're the point person. Track key dates, coordinate with title, lenders, and vendors, manage paperwork, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks- Home analysis &amp; contract writing &mdash; Supporting the deal side of the business- All the misc. tasks &mdash; The 3-minute, 10-minute, 20-minute things that quietly eat my day. You handle them so I don't.The goal is simple: 80% of my time goes to the 20% of activities that actually drive revenue. Everything else runs through you.Who you are:- You have real estate experience &mdash; EA/admin experience also considered. No experience? It's a long shot, but if you genuinely believe you're a screaming right fit, go ahead and apply.- You are obsessively detail-oriented &mdash; missing things is not an option.- You are a self-starter &mdash; I'll teach you everything I can, covering probably 80% of what you need. The other 20% you figure out on your own.- You are comfortable with directness &mdash; I don't want to have to dance around feedback or sugarcoat things. If my tone is short sometimes, it's not personal &mdash; it's just speed.- You are proactive, not reactive &mdash; You're already thinking about what I need next before I ask.- You can manage up &mdash; If I throw 10 things at you and the realistic answer is 6, you tell me that. You protect your own bandwidth and push back when needed.- You communicate well and keep me in the loop &mdash; especially early on. Check-ins are how we build trust.- You are adaptable &mdash; This role will evolve. Change doesn't throw you off &mdash; it energizes you.- You have real-world flexibility &mdash; Real estate doesn't work 9&ndash;5, and neither does this role. Evenings, occasional weekends, last-minute requests.
