We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive patient footfall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating 10 daily walk-in patients through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate leads and walk-ins.</li><li>Develop and execute local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in the area.</li><li>Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on engagement and local reach.</li><li>Monitor and optimize marketing funnels to convert online leads into physical visits.</li><li>Design and manage content marketing strategies (blogs, video, email) targeting prospective patients.</li><li>Collaborate with the front desk team to track and ensure daily patient walk-in targets are met.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Maintain a marketing calendar and execute promotional campaigns/events.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and digital tools to ensure continued growth.</li></ul>KPIs / Performance Metrics:<ul><li>10 walk-in patients per day generated via digital marketing channels.</li><li>Conversion rate of leads to walk-ins.</li><li>Cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS).</li><li>Growth in social media engagement and followers.</li><li>Website traffic and lead generation metrics.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet performance goals consistently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in healthcare or clinic-based marketing.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools.</li><li>Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul>Note: Apply only if you're located in bangaloreJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
