Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in organizing kitchen stock and ingredients</li><li>Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance</li><li>Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours</li><li>Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers</li><li>Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing food.</li><li>Slices, grind and prepare meats and vegetables using a full range of cooking methods.</li><li>Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables and also able to weigh, measure and mix ingredients into correct proportions.</li><li>Set up the stations with par stock of menu items and prepare the dishes designated for that station as per CDP direction.</li><li>Check supplies and prelists and ensures all items are prepped in a timely manner.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,750.00 per month

Job SummaryThe Assistant Procurement Manager supports the Procurement/Purchasing Manager in sourcing, purchasing, and managing all food, beverage, and operational supplies for the restaurant. The role ensures quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with restaurant standards and budgets.Skills &amp; Qualifications Required<ul><li>Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control (preferably in F&amp;B or hospitality).</li><li>Knowledge of food products, ingredients, and restaurant supply needs.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management software.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>Experience in multi-restaurant operations or hotel F&amp;B purchasing.</li><li>Understanding of food cost management and vendor compliance.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Vendor management</li><li>Cost awareness</li><li>Time management</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
