This role provides massage therapy, facials, and body treatments while delivering exceptional service in a luxury destination spa environment.Duties<ul><li>Perform professional massage therapy, facials, and body treatment </li><li>Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences </li><li>Provide therapies including: Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sport massage, Hot Stone therapy, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Facials, Body scrubs and wraps</li><li>Maintain a professional, calm, and welcoming presence with guests</li><li>Communicate effectively with spa coordinators and team members</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked with supplies</li><li>Support overall spa operations and guest experiences </li><li>Learn and confidently incorporate Three Forks Ranch spa products and protocols </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Licensed Massage Therapist</li><li>Wyoming Esthetician License (Three Forks can assist if needed)</li><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology</li><li>Experience with customized massage and facial treatments</li><li>Excellent guest service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fitness instructor experience is a plus</li></ul>Position Requirements <ul><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li><li>Professional and friendly demeanor</li><li>Strong attention to detail and work ethic</li><li>Ability to adapt services to guest needs</li><li>Must have a personal vehicle</li><li>Must be willing to relocate to Savery, WY before start date</li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>Employee housing provided (utilities &amp; Wi-Fi included)</li><li>All meals provided - breakfast, lunch and dinner</li><li>24-hour staff gym access </li><li>Employee discounts on: Spa services, wellness programming, outdoor activities &amp; gift shop</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $350.00 - $400.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you own reliable vehicle, preferably with AWD or 4WD? </li><li>Do you have any fitness instructor experience? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
