We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our new branch in Al Ain, opening in April 2026.If you have experience in the beauty industry and strong customer service skills, we would love to meet you.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist clients in a professional manner</li><li>Manage bookings and appointments</li><li>Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails</li><li>Process payments and daily sales reports</li><li>Coordinate with therapists and stylists</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous receptionist experience (beauty salon/spa experience preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Well-groomed and professional appearance</li><li>Ability to handle busy environments</li><li>Experience with booking systems (Fresha/Zenoti is an advantage)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How old are you?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>Do you have beauty salon work experience in the UAE?</li></ul>
