A Company is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to lead and manage our Accounting Department. This role is critical to ensuring strong financial governance across our wholesale, retail, and property (real estate) operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise the accounting team across multiple business divisions</li><li>Oversee full accounting functions including reporting, controls, and compliance</li><li>Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with local regulations</li><li>Coordinate financial reporting for wholesale, retail, and real estate activities</li><li>Support management with accurate financial insights and analysis</li><li>Ensure proper use and control of accounting systems and processes</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of total accounting experience</li><li>Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting system</li><li>Solid VAT knowledge and compliance experience</li><li>Computer literate with strong reporting and documentation skills</li><li>Proven experience in Real Estate and Retail accounting</li><li>Age: below 45 years</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple business lines effectively</li><li>Proactive, structured, and results-oriented professional</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs with a brief cover note to:Email:info@theloft.bhOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD500.000 per month
