<li><ul><li>Arranges Permanent Change of Station travel for military, civilian, government sponsored personnel, official visitors, and other transit personnel. Conducts counseling sessions for individuals and groups traveling overseas on official orders.</li>
<li>Prepares both routine and emergency travel documentation. Screens travel orders and review all itineraries for all travelers. Advises travelers of flight arrangement and requirements.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to the military and civilian concerning international and domestic travel entitlements. Make sure that they are aware of passport or visa requirements for each country before traveling. Complete reviews and audits of travel orders to ensure travel mode and entitlements are proper and accurately reflect traveler's itineraries. Audit travel orders to ensure they are in compliance with regulatory guidance, reflect appropriate accounting citations, funding allotments and budge clearance.</li>
<li>Special project actions involving overseas travel of military and civilian personnel on a periodic basis. These cases have a high priority for expedited action, as well as other invitational and travel special groups. Develop travel itineraries and provide assistance in developing schedules, routes, modes of travel, and any specific requirements in support of the TDY Mission. Assists in developing itineraries that are within the travelers funding allotment.</li>
<li>Arrange overseas travel by determining the routing requirements of each traveler, utilizing GATES. Makes necessary reservations with the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Passenger Reservation Center. Ensure that all travel requirements listed in the travel order are completely fulfilled.</li>
<li>When AMC is unable to furnish seats which will meet the traveler's mission, or if AMC does not provide service to the customer's destination, and/or commercial travel is required in connections with overseas travel, advises traveler and prepares documentation for the traveler to obtain a commercial ticket from Commercial Travel Office CTO.</li>
<li>Issues cost charges for transportation, as needed, for military travelers without funds and people who are absent without leave (AWOL). Prepares DD Form 139, obtains member's signature and forwards documents to DFAS for collection from member's pay.</li>
<li>Advises travelers on procedures required for overseas shipment of pets.</li>
<li>Advise travelers on official travel orders who request travel from an unauthorized location of possibility of excess cost payable by member if cost to travel from the requested location is in excess to travel from authorized location.</li>
<li>Upon receipt of Central Travel Office (CTO) and Charge Card Company billing, uses Government Travel System (GTS), and Account Management Manual to verify and reconcile the billing in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. Upon completion of verification, submits to government for approval and signature. After government approval and signature, forwards bill by certified mail to Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains all travel files and records. Must have a working knowledge of all applicable regulations, to include Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), Defense Travel Regulation (DTR), Account Manager's Manual, and any/all other regulations pertaining to official travel.</li>
<li>Gather information to schedule appointments for household goods and passports customers. Provide information for personal property customers to begin the process of movement of personal property. Assist members, civilians

Observe, document, and evaluate Transportation Service Provider (TSP) or contractor performance in moving personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel and ensure that TSPs or contractors comply with service tenders, tariffs, contract specifications, and Government regulations used in handling of personal property. Utilize automated Electronic Transportation Operational Personal Property System (ETOPS) and Defense Personal Property System (DPS) to manage and perform inspections of incoming and outgoing Household Goods (HHG) Shipments.</p><br>

This role is responsible for maintaining hazardous waste documentation, conducting inspections of facilities and accumulation areas, managing employee environmental training, and serving as the liaison to government entities to implement and uphold current environmental standards.</p></li><br>
<p></p><li><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p></li>
<li><ul><li>Performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan, orders, receives stores, maintains and issues supplies and equipment to support daily operations.</li>
<li>Determines condition of material and equipment and arranges disposal when necessary.</li>

<li>On a monthly and quarterly basis, serve as the LRC liaison to specified government entities to ensure the contract is in compliance with current environmental regulations. Obtain, provide, and put into effect new standards as required.</li>
<li>Ensure all 9 LRC facilities are ready for environmental inspections on a daily basis. This includes daily physical inspections of facilities to ensure they are maintained to regulation standards and are clean and secure. Record and maintain all incorrect findings, report corrected findings and review any documents or labels on site; ensuring they are current. Update and provide training to employees on any new regulation changes.</li>
<li>Collect, record, and maintain all hazardous waste documents to ensure compliance with ADEM, EPA, and specific government inspectors. These include incoming, depleted, and all materials</li>
<li>maintained throughout the maintenance facility.</li>
<li>Obtaining and/or providing RCRA/ Hazardous Training for required employees on the contract and maintaining the training records and job descriptions on file for inspection purposes.</li>
<li>Process, label, and perform inventory through the EESOH system on an estimated 2,500 +/ hazardous materials per month. This includes both new and depleted products.</li>
<li>Maintain the 90-day site for the contract. Perform weekly inspections of the 90-day site and maintain all findings and records of completion.</li>
<li>Must be trained and versed with ESSOH-MIS duties to include periodic inspections of ESSOH-MIS labels for several tenants on the contract.</li>
<li>Review and provide missing SOS Sheets for all material being used or stored in facilities.</li>
<li>Prepare and provide 1348-1A and Hazardous Waste Stream form to Garrison Environmental for turn in procedures.</li>
<li>Ensuring all waste has proper wording, stenciling, labeling and DOT forms prepared and documented for turn in procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor all 6 Satellite Accumulation Areas for the LRC, to make sure they are clean, without leaks or spills and are in compliance at all times based on ADEM, EPA, and government regulations, until they are transferred to our 90-day site for lab analysis.</li>
