We remain solution-oriented, focusing on progress, collaboration, and the positive outcomes that truly make a difference.And above all, we are outcome-focused because our success isn&rsquo;t measured by the number of files we close, but by the lives we help move forward.If you&rsquo;re passionate about helping others and thrive in a culture built on excellence and teamwork, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and prepare legal documents, filings, and client correspondence.</li><li>Manage case files and maintain accurate client records.</li><li>Conduct research to support case strategies and filings.</li><li>Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer general case questions.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently.</li><li>Support attorneys in hearings, meetings, and case preparation.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks related to case management and client intake.</li><li>Knowledge on Consular Processes.</li><li>Comfortable tracking case metrics such as cycle times, RFE response rate, and client satisfaction</li></ul>QualificationsEducation and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Paralegal (immigration law experience a plus).</li><li>Proficiency with family-based USCIS forms (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-601A, I-212, N-400, etc.).</li><li>Ability to identify and request appropriate supporting documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, passports, proof of bona fide marriage, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with USCIS timelines, interviews, and notices.</li><li>Knowledge of fee payments, document uploads and interview scheduling.</li><li>Understanding adjustment of status vs. consular processing.</li><li>Knowledge of case types such as marriage-based petitions, parent/child petitions, fianc&eacute;(e) visas.</li></ul>Competitive based salary up to $60,000 a year, plus benefits and bonus.SEND RESUME TO: hiring@abogadolozano.comJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
