*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in both English and another language, ensuring effective communication with our diverse clientele. The Bilingual Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. *Responsibilities* - Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. - Maintain accurate client records and files, ensuring confidentiality. - Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. - Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication. - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times. *Experience* - Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental setting is preferred but not required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite applications. - Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. - Bilingual proficiency is essential; fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable. - Experience with calendar management and file organization is a plus.
