 Job Summary:
 
 In Talent Acquisition, you&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of our innovation, executing strategic recruitment and sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier, diverse talent. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve well-being and enhance modern life.
 
 
 Your work will operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead full-cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, manage interview and offer processes, in collaboration with Compensation and HR Partner teams, including effectively screening candidates for technical, functional, soft skills, and potential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase candidate pipelines by expanding knowledge and influencing openness to talent profiles and talent pools with ancillary qualifications and backgrounds from complementary industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in TA processes and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Influence and attract a wide range of candidate types including passive, early career, veteran, and leadership-level talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure qualified, diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, compliance, and global hiring practices.

 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for operations and engineering roles in the US, including people leader level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with leveraging generative AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversity, veteran, and/or early career recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Building strong professional talent networks and global perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients &ndash; influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with your hiring teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPt.
 </li>
 <li>
 SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing to travel locally 5% of the time.
