Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse</li><li>
Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction</li><li>
Assist residents with ADL care as needed</li><li>
Answer call lights and take appropriate action</li><li>
Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures</li><li>
Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident&rsquo;s conditions or incidents to the nurse</li><li>
Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner</li><li>
Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork</li><li>
Participate in ongoing staff education and training</li></ul> 

In this Full-time position, you will have a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days.

Day Shift: 6:45am &ndash; 7:15pm</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li>
Current Missouri CMT certification</li><li>
Current Missouri CNA certification</li></ul>
