<div>The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare community. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, State Board of Nursing regulations, and Lutheran Home policies</li><li>
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately</li><li>
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, and support team development
</li><li>Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
</li><li>Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership</li><li>
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges</li><li>
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs</li></ul> 

Shifts Available:<ul><li>
Morning shifts (4 hours)</li><li>
Evening shifts (4 hours)</li><li>
Weekend day shifts (4 hours or longer)</li></ul> 

License/Certification:<ul><li>
Current unrestricted LPN license in the State of Missouri
</li><li>CPR certification</li><li>
Experience with Point Click Care preferred</li></ul>

LPN - Part-Time

The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-hour day shift. This position offers a predictable two-week schedule and the opportunity to provide exceptional care across our healthcare community. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician, in compliance with State Board of Nursing regulations and Lutheran Home policies.</li><li>
Obtain and relay necessary information from the off-going nurse for resident care and follow-up.</li><li>
Verify narcotic/controlled medication counts.</li><li>
Give daily report/instructions and assigning tasks for nursing assistants.</li><li>
Monitor dining rooms during mealtimes to ensure proper diet and assistance for residents.</li><li>
Administer and document medications and resident care as ordered by physicians.</li><li>
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, and assist in training new staff.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and document care plans accordingly.</li><li>
Perform and document admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.</li><li>
Observe residents for changes in condition and report to physicians, families and nursing staff.</li><li>
Obtain and update physician orders as necessary.</li><li>
Provide education to residents and families on medical issues, including disease process, medications, and safety.</li><li>
Respond quickly to emergencies, initiating life-saving measures when needed.
</li><li>Address resident, family, or physician concerns, and report issues to the Unit Manager or Shift Supervisor.</li><li>
Promote a positive team culture built on respect and open communication.</li></ul> 

In this full-time role, you&rsquo;ll follow a consistent two-week schedule, working 7 out of 14 days with a three-day weekend every other week. Available shifts include:<ul><li>
Day shift: 6:45 am to 7:15 pm</li></ul>
