 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Software &amp; Application Development
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive
 
 mobile applications (iOS &amp; Android)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and optimize
 
 web-based platforms and corporate websites
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, customize, and integrate
 
 CRM systems
 
 , workflows, and reporting dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement API integrations with internal systems, portals, and third-party services.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 System Architecture &amp; Integration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop scalable architecture for end-to-end digital solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure seamless data flow and integration between CRM, websites, and apps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and tech-stack evolution.
 </li>

 Technical Support &amp; Optimization

 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
 </li>

 Conduct performance tuning, security upgrades, and system improvements.
 </li>

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support business needs.

 Project Management &amp; Documentation

 Manage full development lifecycle &mdash; planning, coding, testing, deployment, &amp; maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows.
 </li>

 Work with third-party vendors and ensure project delivery quality.

 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills

 Proficiency in front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g.,
 
 React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Django
 
 or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with
 
 iOS / Android app development
 
 (React Native / Flutter / native development).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on CRM development/integration experience (
 
 Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRM
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL/MySQL
 
 , REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 UI/UX principles
 
 , responsive design &amp; QA testing.
 </li>

 Preferred Experience
