 About The Role
 
 
 
 Customer Service associate will represent not just the customer service department but The Luxury Closet as a whole. In this key role, you will exceed productivity goals and deliver against our customer promises. Our scale is expansive and our presence is growing. Our goal is simple: to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with the world's best customer experience.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The CS Associate will be responsible and accountable (but notlimited) to the following roles and responsibilities:-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing all channels of Customer interaction, email, chat, phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and becoming a Consultant; help Customers make a decision and generate revenue for the Company
 </li>
 <li>
 Aim at converting general inquiries into a sale
 </li>
 <li>
 Aspire to bring customer delight in each and every interaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents where applicable
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain positive and professional interaction with all the departments associated with the Customer Service department
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience in a BPO/ Hospitality or Luxury Retail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be comfortable with 6 days workweek, night shift
 </li>
 </ul>
