Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding:- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training arrangements.2. Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.3. Performance Management:- Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions.- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.4. HR Administration:- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.5. Employee Engagement:- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, and feedback sessions.6. Training:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.Contact No : 78458 17034Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
