Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Be the hero our residents deserve by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring that all repairs and tasks are completed with efficiency and care.</li><li>
Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, light carpentry work, painting, and groundskeeping.</li><li>
Keep our community sparkling clean and inviting by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and resident rooms.</li><li>
Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, families, and staff, providing exceptional service and assistance with a smile.</li><li>
Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events and activities, and other physical tasks that require strength and agility.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure that resident needs are met and that our community operates smoothly.</li><li>

Requirements<ul><li>
A positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing outstanding service with compassion and empathy.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.</li><li>
Previous experience in maintenance or handy work</li><li>
Physical stamina and the ability to be active and on your feet throughout the day, performing a variety of tasks that require strength, dexterity, and flexibility.</li><li>
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to pitch in wherever needed to support the team and our residents.</li><li>
