Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Empower Franchisees: Guide franchise owners in all key areas&mdash;staffing, marketing, sales, finance, and operations&mdash;to improve business outcomes.</li><li>
Evaluate &amp; Innovate: Assess franchise performance, identify opportunities, and develop practical, results-oriented solutions.</li><li>
Lead &amp; Inspire: Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs that energize owners and elevate team success.
</li><li>Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with franchisees on growth plans tailored to their unique market and business goals.</li><li>
Support New Franchisees: Lead onboarding and ramp-up efforts for new owners, ensuring a strong and successful launch.</li><li>
Champion Excellence: Reinforce brand standards and operational consistency through inspections and audits while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Motivate &amp; Guide: Serve as a trusted advisor, advocate, and motivator&mdash;helping franchisees achieve their full potential by leveraging high-performing franchisee best practices.</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>
Previous experience in franchising, consulting, or multi-unit operations.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.</li><li>
High business acumen with problem-solving and analytical capabilities; experience with using financial statements and operational metrics to impact P&amp;L a plus.</li><li>
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 50%.</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.</li></ul>
