Job Title: Personal AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAE Timings: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Dubai Time) Type: RemoteJob Overview:We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations, coordinate with agents, and assist with scheduling, communication, and creative tasks. The ideal candidate is female, has a strong sense of aesthetics, and comes from a fashion, marketing, or creative background. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend professionalism with creativity, and help manage both business and lifestyle elements in a dynamic real estate environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and communicate with real estate agents, clients, and vendors on behalf of management.</li><li>Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and project follow-ups.</li><li>Support content planning and execution for marketing and social media.</li><li>Help maintain brand consistency through visually appealing presentations and documents.</li><li>Organize files, notes, and communication efficiently (digital &amp; physical).</li><li>Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle all matters with discretion.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>A good sense of design, fashion, and visual aesthetics.</li><li>Background in fashion, marketing, communications, or creative industries preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar creative tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.</li><li>Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Coordinator is an advantage.</li></ul>Working Hours:10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Dubai Time), Monday to SaturdayJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per month
