We are looking to add Civil Engineer to support our Civil Engineering team in Canton, MI. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for a variety of design projects.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Create detailed engineering plans and technical drawings for civil projects using AutoCAD, with a focus on site layout, grading, and drainage systems.</li>
<li>Plan and model stormwater retention and detention systems to manage runoff and meet local environmental and engineering standards.</li>
<li>Design grading plans that optimize land use while ensuring soil stability, proper drainage, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li> Compile engineering documentation for permitting processes, including stormwater management, soils geotechnical investigations, erosion control, and site development approvals.</li>
<li>Ensure that all project designs and documentation meet local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting requirements.</li>
<li>Produce and manage design reports, budgets, calculations, and permitting correspondence to support project records and client needs.</li>
<li>Client and regulatory agency correspondence.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering required</li>
<li>Open to all levels of experience. At least 1 year of relevant experience required.</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD - Experience with C3D preferred</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
