RESPONSIBILITIES:

</li><li>Campaign Management: Implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing A/B testing to optimize performance and achieve our ROI and KPI goals.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand our audience and drive engagement through targeted content.
</li><li>Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data insights to craft stories that address customer pain points and resonate with our target audience.
</li><li>SEO &amp; Research: Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including deploying email marketing efforts, conducting research, and writing SEO-friendly content to boost our search engine rankings.
</li><li>Video Content Creation: Create short- and long-form video content, including promotional clips, customer testimonials, explainer videos, and trending social formats (reels, shorts, stories).
</li><li>Social Media Content: Design, curate, and publish engaging posts across channels, including graphics, copy, and short-form video content.
</li><li>Social Media Management: Engage with our audience on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
</li></ul>WE&rsquo;D BE JAZZED IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:<ul><li>
College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
</li><li>Proficiency in generative AI platforms for content creation with the ability to edit for authenticity, tone, and originality.
</li><li>3-5 years of experience in content development.
</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools (CRM, marketing automation, social media).
</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and current trends.
</li><li>Strong understanding of persona-based marketing, targeting, and segmentation.
</li><li>Excellent active listening and written communication skills, with the ability to influence through writing.
</li><li>Proactive: Takes initiative to stay ahead of project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
</li><li>Ability to optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement.
