<div><p><b>Position Description</b></p><p>
The Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks on our construction project sites to support skilled tradespeople and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role involves manual labor, site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.</p><p>
The Laborer will work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman or Superintendent and is expected to always demonstrate reliability and professionalism.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures</li><li>
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed</li><li>
Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and masons</li><li>
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site</li><li>
Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>
Assist with demolition, concrete work, and general construction tasks</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment</li></ul></div><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not always required</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li><li>
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment</li></ul></div><p><b>

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods</li><li>

Construction Site Laborer

<div><p><b>Position Description</b></p><p>
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery and rented equipment on our construction project sites. This role supports project completion by performing tasks such as excavation, grading, lifting, and material movement while ensuring all equipment is used in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.</p><p>
The Equipment Operator will work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman or Superintendent and is expected to always demonstrate reliability, safety and professionalism.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and forklifts</li><li>
Perform tasks including digging, trenching, grading, lifting, and site preparation</li><li>
Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance</li><li>
Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to complete assigned tasks efficiently</li><li>
Load and unload equipment as needed and assist with transportation logistics</li><li>
Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies</li><li>
Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents and ensure site safety</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment</li><li>
Keep accurate records of equipment usage, hours, and any issues</li></ul></div><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (CDL may be required depending on equipment and transport needs)</li><li>
Certification or formal training in operating heavy equipment required</li><li>
Previous experience operating construction machinery required</li></ul></div><p><b>
