 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Strategize &amp; Plan: Develop social media strategies that align with client goals and brand voices across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create &amp; Curate Content: Craft engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Community Engagement: Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and build authentic relationships with followers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze &amp; Optimize: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate: Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure social content supports broader campaigns and brand storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay Current: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, tools, and best practices&mdash;and bring fresh ideas to the table.
 </li>

 What You Bring to the Table
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years managing social media for brands or agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be local
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable capturing video/photos
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting authentic, on-brand messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player attitude with a passion for creativity and collaboration.
 </li>
