Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Graduate from PLACE Launch.</li><li>
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly.</li><li>
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers</li><li>
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology</li><li>
Conduct two open houses monthly</li><li>
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments</li><li>
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards</li><li>
Participate in team activities per team standards</li><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call</li><li>
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home</li><li>

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time.<ul><li>
Work with sales agent to help buyer's find the perfect home</li></ul>
Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.<ul><li>
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients&rsquo; search criteria</li></ul>
We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication &amp; when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!<ul><li>
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients</li></ul>
Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!<ul><li>
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week</li></ul>
This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!<ul><li>

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!<ul><li>
