About Us Our Catering Company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Receiving &amp; Warehouse Officer with previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and food &amp; beverage supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume operations, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate stock control for smooth kitchen and catering operations.Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control (hospitality/catering/F&amp;B industry experience preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of HACCP and food safety handling procedures</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, and issuing procedures for food and catering supplies</li><li>Proficiency in using warehouse software and inventory management systems</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</li><li>Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the kitchen team</li><li>Physical ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock items in the warehouse</li><li>Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs timely</li><li>Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and daily stock movements</li><li>Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal audits</li></ul>Company CultureWe are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive work environment.
