Our clients value accuracy, clarity, and reliability&mdash;and so do we.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will own projects end-to-end: coordinating writers, maintaining timelines and budgets, ensuring quality, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage incoming projects from sales through completion using Asana</li><li>Assign work to appropriate medical writers and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery</li><li>Communicate with clients, gather feedback, and support client satisfaction and retention</li><li>Maintain accurate project data, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and support medical writers as needed</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs</li><li>Identify workflow improvements and document processes</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; QualificationsPlease apply only if you meet all required qualifications.<ul><li>3+ years of project management experience, preferably in medical, scientific, healthcare, or regulated content</li><li>Background or training in medical, biomedical, biological, or scientific fields (degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Excellent written and spoken U.S. English</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Comfortable leading calls and resolving issues with clients and writers professionally</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through</li><li>Confident working independently in a fully remote role</li><li>Proficient with project management tools (Asana experience a plus)</li><li>Reliable computer, fast internet, and Microsoft Word</li></ul>Availability &amp; Communication<ul><li>Available during core business hours (9am&ndash;5pm ET, Mon&ndash;Fri) for calls and messages</li><li>Willing to respond occasionally outside core hours for urgent issues</li><li>Required weekly meetings:</li><li>Writers&rsquo; meeting: TBD</li><li>Team meeting: Mondays at 9:30 AM ET</li><li>Comfortable communicating via Asana, email, phone, text, Zoom/Skype, and WhatsApp</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Medical or scientific writing experience</li><li>Marketing or technical writing exposure</li><li>Formal project management training or certification</li><li>Ability to diplomatically guide conversations and keep projects on track</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Fully remote, long-term role with flexibility</li><li>Supportive, collaborative, and experienced team</li><li>Varied, intellectually engaging projects</li><li>Ideal for a self-starter seeking stability and meaningful work</li><li>Pay commensurate with experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
