We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at one of Fort Wayne&rsquo;s premier apartment communities, Arbor Lake Apartments. This community is home to over 400 apartment residences, and is one of the premier assets in our company&rsquo;s portfolio. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the staff to ensure smooth maintenance operations and superior upkeep of the property.A successful Maintenance Supervisor must be reliable, budget-conscious, have a great eye for detail, have strong leadership capabilities, and be able to manage the workload requisite with maintaining a large apartment property. He/she must have technical skills and knowledge of various trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, paving, roofing, and landscaping.
