 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 &middot; 2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in graphic design
 
 
 
 &middot; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 
 
 
 &middot; Experience in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
 
 
 
 &middot; Proven experience in designing brochures, booklets, and marketing materials
 
 
 
 &middot; Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for digital marketing
 
 
 
 &middot; Strong understanding of design psychology, branding, and visual hierarchy
