The MIL Corporation</b> seeks a <b>Jira/SharePoint/Jama Administrator (Software Applications Analysis, Sr. Analyst)</b> to support a Federal Government client in Charleston, SC. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis on financial systems, requirements gathering, authoring design documents, performing system testing, and analyzing and reporting the information necessary to support software releases through the project lifecycle.</p><p>
This position currently requires a fully on-site schedule, 5 days a week. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Analyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutions</li><li>
Provide application support to internal business customers</li><li>
Execute updates within tooling workflows, configurations, schemes, and other plug-ins</li><li>
Follow governance process</li><li>
Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes</li><li>
Perform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project and related tasking</li></ul><p><b>

Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
5 years experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project management</li><li>
Expertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>
Experience in Jira</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor</li></ul><p><b>
Desired Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with Jira Software administration</li><li>
Experience in Jama Software administration</li><li>
Experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies</li></ul><p><b>
Education</b></p><p>
BA/BS or relevant experience</p><p><b>
Clearance</b></p><p>

The MIL Corporation</b> seeks a <b>Developer (Business Analyst, Analyst)</b> to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. As a member of the Systems Coordination and Implementation (SCI) team, the Developer will be responsible for working within a team to help support audit functions for the client through support for SQL queries and reports, along with some Access Database management.</p><p>
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.</p><p>
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Design and develop Microsoft Access Databases to provide data to support the client&rsquo;s audit needs.</li><li>
Able to generate SQL queries to elicit data from Oracle databases to meet client&rsquo;s audit needs.</li><li>
Able to generate reports out of Business Objects reporting repository to meet client&rsquo;s audit needs.</li><li>
Participates as team member responsible for performing analysis, design, programming and/or documentation tasks.</li></ul><p><b>

Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years overall information technology professional experience as an analyst or programmer or business/process analyst</li><li>
Experience with mainframe and/or client-server based technologies and systems.</li><li>
Experience working as a member of a team performing life cycle design/development/implementation operations or functional analysis.</li><li>
Great analytical skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and autonomously and take initiative without being directed.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><b>
Desired Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures.</li><li>
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying automations created with PowerApps.</li></ul><p><b>
Education</b></p><p>
BA/BS degree, or HS diploma/HSD with a related certification with an additional 2-4 years of professional experience</p><p><b>
Clearance</b></p><p>
All personnel provided under this task order must be able to either possess or obtain a security clearance of Secret or Top Secret, to be issued by Department of State, Diplomatic Security</p><p><b>
