You take pride in handing off a perfect drink every time.</li><li>Reliability: Show up on time, ready to go. You communicate availability clearly and follow proper call-out procedures when life happens.</li><li>Teamwork: Adapt to changing circumstances (it gets busy!) and encourage your coworkers. We learn and grow together.</li><li>Operations: You will &quot;own&quot; the cafe. The team works hard to keep it clean and presentable. You will stand, walk, and be active for shifts up to 8 hours (with recharge breaks, of course).</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Positive: You exude kindness and positivity. You must work at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends and evenings to maintain consistency.</li><li>Training: You must complete and pass all knowledge tests and certifications to meet The Mill&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Compensation Detail: Up to $20.00 per hour. This number represents a base wage plus an average tip rate of $11.00 per hour.
