The Mailroom Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely processing, accurate delivery, and excellent customer service. This role supports daily mailroom operations including sorting, tracking, and distribution of courier, USPS, and interoffice mail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/ Manager the mail service is responsible for accurately sorting, posting and delivering mail.</li><li>
Maintaining quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages and other shipments</li><li>
Sorts incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail: Opens envelopes by hand or machine</li><li>
Stamps date of receipt on incoming mail</li><li>
Sorts mail according to destination and type, such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders, and payments</li><li>
Readdresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete or incorrect address</li><li>
Examines outgoing mail for appearance and seals envelopes by hand or machine</li><li>
Operate postage machine to process mail</li><li>
May fold letters or circulars and insert in envelopes</li><li>
Sort parcels for shipping and receiving</li><li>
Enter activity data in logs, maintain records</li><li>
Prepare documents for scanning</li><li>
Completing other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills.</li><li>Postage Meter, UPS, FedEx, DHL knowledge preferred
</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.</li><li>Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.</li><li>Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times</li><li>Able to deliver quality customer service at all times.</li><li>Lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background and drug test.</li></ul></div>

Part-Time Mail Services Associate 9am-2pm

Position Summary:
The Facilities Associate is responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for staff and visitors. This hands-on role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and the physical capability to support day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance &amp; Facility Support:<ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance and light repairs as needed throughout the facility.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all areas, including common spaces, offices, and restrooms.</li><li>
Ensure timely waste disposal and replenishment of facility supplies.</li></ul>
Room Setup &amp; Event Support:<ul><li>
Prepare and tear down rooms for meetings and events, including moving furniture and setting up equipment.</li><li>
Ensure all setups meet event or meeting requirements in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>
Customer Service &amp; Communication:<ul><li>
Serve as a point of contact for facility-related requests and respond promptly to issues or concerns.</li><li>
Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure facility standards are met.</li></ul>
Physical Tasks:<ul><li>
Regularly lift, move, and transport furniture, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs).</li><li>
Maintain a safe and organized workspace while complying with all safety procedures.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.</li><li>
3-5 years of facilities or general maintenance experience preferred.</li><li>
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>
Strong customer service mindset with a &quot;can-do&quot; attitude.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul></div>
