Job Summary &ndash; Mail &amp; Copy Associate</h2>
The Mail &amp; Copy Associate supports daily mailroom and copy center operations in a large corporate campus environment. This role handles mail receiving, sorting, scanning, delivery, and data entry, while also operating high‑volume copiers and managing print requests. The position requires strong customer service, clear communication, the ability to multitask, and the flexibility to shift between mail and copy tasks based on business needs. Physical activity is a core part of the role, including walking between buildings, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing handcarts.

Ability to multitask and pivot between mail and copy functions</li><li>
Professional written and verbal communication</li><li>
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push handcarts across a large campus</li><li>
Organized and able to maintain a clean, efficient work area</li><li>
Reliable team player with a cooperative, positive attitude</li></ul>

Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of customer service and MS Office experience</li><li>
Experience in mail, shipping/receiving, or copy center environments preferred</li><li>
Ability to operate high‑volume copiers (Xerox)</li><li>
Ability to type 40&ndash;45 WPM</li><li>
Comfortable using PDA scanners and performing data entry</li><li>
Valid driver's license (for campus deliveries if required)</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all materials received in the Mail Center (receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.).</li><li>Use package tracking equipment to record the receipt through delivery process of mail.</li><li>Deliver, pickup, and transport materials within, between, to, and from various departments.</li><li>Deliver office supplies and copy paper.</li><li>Answer calls and provide customer service.</li><li>Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.</li><li>Ability to sort items into categories according to established methods.</li><li>Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.</li><li>Enter activity data in logs, maintain records.</li><li>Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.</li><li>Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment (such as FedEx).</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent (GED).</li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years Mail Services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.</li><li>1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Excellent customer service skills; must possess a &quot;can do&quot; attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.</li><li>Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul></div>
