Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement TMUC&rsquo;s digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and student enrolments.</li><li>Plan and manage paid digital campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and display networks to generate quality leads.</li><li>Oversee TMUC website performance including SEO optimization, content updates, landing page development, and user experience enhancement.</li><li>Manage official social media platforms ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and timely campaign execution.</li><li>Design and execute admission-focused lead generation campaigns in coordination with campus admissions teams nationwide.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, CPL (Cost per Lead), and ROI; prepare monthly performance reports for management.</li><li>Coordinate with creative/design teams for development of digital creatives, videos, brochures, and promotional content.</li><li>Manage digital marketing budget effectively to maximize outreach impact.</li><li>Stay updated with higher education marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and supervise digital marketing executives and external agencies.</li></ul>Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Education: PhD in Economics &amp; Psychology Prospects Related:&middot; Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums to create awareness about TMUC Brand, being the Institution of choice for students.&middot; Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to TMUCs nationwide (all locations);&middot; Providing assistance and input to all TMUCs in every work related to the Programmes included in department of Business &amp; Skills;&middot; Hold career counseling sessions to facilitate recruitment;Existing Students and Teachers:&middot; Maintaining Counseling records and handling of walk-ins and queries, forwarded by all TMUC locations.&middot; Maintaining Student and Teacher feedback records on a monthly basis.&middot; Responding to student related and parent queries;&middot; Coordinating and establishing a communication channel with students, teachers and management through text messages, phone calls and emails.&middot; Ensuring the Preparation of time tables and student files.&middot; Lecturing relevant subjects/taking makeup classes if and when required.&middot; Coordinating and maintaining relationship with corporate sector/ market.&middot; Researching and updating on modern lecture delivery methods.&middot; Short listing and recommending faculty.&middot; Managing existing student relationship.<ul><li>Must be doing IV and EV at least from 2 years.</li></ul>&middot; Arranging law events, moot competitions, revison sessions, teacher development workshops and training.&middot; Facilitate progression by arranging for revision sessions, crash courses, exam technique sessions and check the possibility for online revision sessions.Employers Related&middot; Working out potential partnership opportunities with professional bodies.&middot; Retention of student base by implementing workshops and creating employment opportunities.&middot; Arranging for internships for TMUC students and creating employment opportunities.&middot; Providing support in organising an HR/CEO forums.Campus Related:&middot; To organise and support events conducted by TMUC nationwide (related to the department specifically).Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums/schools/academies to create awareness about TMUC Brand, academic programmes at TMUC being the Institution of choice for students. &bull; Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to each TMUC location. &bull; Process all types of applications regarding admissions and scholorships. &bull; Emotionally and psychology supporting students and ensuring their overall mental well being &bull; Maintaining Counseling records and handling of walk-ins and queries. &bull; Responding to student related and parent queries. &bull; Coordinating and establishing a communication channel with students, teachers and management through text messages, phone calls and emails. &bull; Staying updated with latest recruitment policies, deadlines, other admission information posted on partner institution portals and communicating these changes to students and teachers. &bull; Coordinating and maintaining relationships with different universities &bull; Admission counselling, processing and follow up. Dealing with admission queries through various modes (Calls, SMS, email, walk in, social media, and website). &bull; Maintain/update confirmed and prospective student&rsquo;s lists as per the shared template. Follow-up prospective students for conversions. &bull; Reconciling ERP student recruitment numbers with actual admissions on monthly basis. &bull; International liaison (Especially with UOL for nationwide queries). &bull; Reporting daily/weekly/monthly/annually basis on the shared reporting templates regarding admissions. &bull; Maintaining and updating admissions collateral and resources. &bull; Providing support in organising an HR/CEO forums. &bull; Updating admission related information on all notice boards. &bull; Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. THE MILLENNIUM UNIVERSAL COLLEGE Marketing Related: &bull; Networking with the HR departments of leading local organizations in different industries to create awareness of the TMUC brand name. &bull; Working on Marketing and Business Development strategies of the various programmes taught at TMUC. &bull; Formulate the Marketing Plan for the year to enhance the brand name of TMUC. &bull; Undertaking activities to increase awareness of TMUC amongst prospective partners. &bull; Providing TMUC with market intelligence and advising on appropriate actions. &bull; Increase TMUC&rsquo;s profile in the media in Pakistan. This may include placing articles in relevant media, advising on media interests and angles and writing articles. &bull; Providing support to Senior Management and marketing / promotional areas as required. Supporting the development of the qualifications and programmes portfolio at TMUC. &bull; Conduct research to identify prospective transnational qualifications to add to TMUC portfolio and form collaborative partnerships with foreign institutions. &bull; Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility. &bull; Handling digital marketing and all social media channels for promoting TMUC brPay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hourExpected hours: 8.5 per weekWork Location: In person
