Job SummaryThe Mind Explorer (TME) is looking for a Front Desk Officer (Female) to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors while ensuring smooth front office and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a customer-focused approach. Intermediate-qualified candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer in a school or educational institution will be considered an added advantage.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Respond to parent and student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.</li><li>Communicate class schedules, updates, reminders, and announcements.</li><li>Maintain student records, attendance, and program-related data.</li><li>Assist in class scheduling, rescheduling, and batch coordination.</li><li>Follow up with students and parents regarding attendance, assessments, renewals, and certifications.</li><li>Coordinate with instructors regarding class updates and student-related matters.</li><li>Support administrative tasks related to admissions, registrations, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in organizing workshops, events, and program activities.</li><li>Escalate concerns or issues to the Head of Communications when necessary.</li><li>Perform other front desk, communication, and administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer in a school or educational institution will be considered a plus.</li><li>Fluent spoken and written English will be considered an added advantage.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Tech STEAM Teacher who can introduce children and teens to practical technology concepts in an engaging and simplified way. The focus is on developing problem-solving skills, logical thinking, creativity, and hands-on coding through project-based learning and interactive activities delivered through an inclusive and globally relevant teaching approach suited for young learners.
