This is an opportunity to join an established, independent insurance agency serving the Mason and broader Michigan market for nearly 80 years. The agency operates with a nine-person team and provides both personal and commercial lines coverage.<br>

<br>
This position is open due to sustained service demand and backlog. The agency is experiencing increased service volume, endorsement processing delays, quoting strain, and phone coverage challenges. A strong hire directly impacts retention, responsiveness, and operational stability.<br>

This is not a sales-only role. This is a true servicing and account management position.</div><div></div><div><br>

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day servicing of personal lines clients. This includes quoting, re-quoting, endorsements, payment processing, inbound call handling, and general account maintenance.<br>

The role requires hands-on daily use of Applied Epic. System proficiency is not optional.<br>
