We are seeking a full-time mechanical engineer or mechanical designer with at least 3 years of experience to support the growth and expansion of our business. The position would start as a &quot;mechanical engineer/designer&quot; and potentially progress over time to &quot;project manager&rdquo; or &ldquo;project engineer.&quot;</div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><br>
Position will involve HVAC and Plumbing system design, design computations including loads, air and piping distribution and sizing, equipment selection, specification preparation, field work (both design investigation and construction observation), design review and correspondence with clients, colleagues, owners, and contractors.</div><div>

<ul><li>Preparation of design layouts for commercial and industrial mechanical systems based on specific design objectives.</li></ul></div><div>

<ul><li>Preparation of schematics for various systems.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Collaboration with all disciplines to achieve completed coordinated design and reviewing the work of others.</li><li>Performance of on-site investigation to confirm existing conditions.</li><li>Developing familiarity with current mechanical codes and standards.</li><li>Forming relationships with equal level personnel of other disciplines (architectural, electrical, structural civil, etc.) and manufacturing sales representatives.</li></ul><div>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

A minimum of <b>2+ years of experience</b> as an <b>Outside Business-to-Business (B2B) Salesperson</b> is required.</li>

<li>Experience in <b>restoration or construction sales</b> is preferred.</li>
<li><b>Existing relationships</b> with commercial properties or property managers in the greater Philadelphia area is a significant advantage.</li>
