 We are seeking a
 
 Recruitment Assistant
 
 to join our supportive and collaborative Human Resources team. The role provides specialist recruitment support to the Talent Specialist and wider HR team, particularly across the following areas:
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment administration to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
 </li>
 <li>
 Support talent sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial screening calls and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in our Pune office.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 - 4 years' experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates
 
 
 </li>
