 We are seeking a
 
 Marketing Coordinator
 
 on a
 
 
 contract basis
 
 
 to support their business needs. This role is
 
 hybrid
 
 (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week)
 
 in NYC.
 
 
 
 This role will provide high-level marketing administrative support by developing and implementing marketing processes and developing CRM campaigns to help retain customers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop CRM campaign briefs focused on driving subscriber engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Design, CRM Operations, and Copywriting teams to execute CRM campaigns from concept through deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across retention, engagement, and marketing teams to support campaign execution and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional meetings, gather updates, and document project status and action items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management of CRM programming roadmaps, campaign calendars, and launch schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help organize and maintain visibility into annual and quarterly marketing initiatives, priorities, and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the CRM experimentation framework by tracking tests, documenting learnings, and assisting with optimization efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized project documentation, campaign records, and reporting materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with campaign planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to retention and engagement initiatives by supporting operational and administrative marketing activities.
 </li>

 Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 Skills And Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, campaign operations, marketing coordination, or marketing administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting marketing campaigns, project coordination, or campaign execution activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen and ability to understand marketing objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
