 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 
 Clinical Support:
 
 Provide direct, on-site assistance in the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and Biomed departments at your assigned hospital.
 
 
 
 Technical And Equipment Management

 Set up and maintain KARL STORZ video systems.

 Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices.
 </li>

 Oversee repair and equipment exchange processes.
 </li>

 Transport, clean, and sterilize instruments after use.

 Training and Education:
 
 Train O.R. staff and support departments on the use and maintenance of KARL STORZ devices.
 
 
 
 Physical Requirements:

 About The Role
 
 
 
 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a financial advisor in day-to-day operations.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Administrative &amp; Operational Support

 Accurately complete and submit forms within one business day

 Maintain organized electronic client files, including statements, correspondence, and agreements, within established timelines

 Track pending business and maintain updates for outstanding items; provide weekly summaries to the advisor

 Client &amp; Scheduling Support

 Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on client appointments
