Role overviewMonk Studios is looking for a part-time Graphic &amp; Branding Design Specialist to execute all visual and branding requirements for few of their high value clients. The role focuses on translating the proposal&rsquo;s creative direction into consistent, high-quality visuals across digital and print touchpoints.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Create and refine logo lockups, brand patterns, iconography, and other core brand assets as needed.&#8203;</li><li>Execute all graphic design requirements for the the brand (presentations, pitch decks, mockups, menus, signage, social posts, etc.).&#8203;</li><li>Translate the approved brand strategy and moodboard into a coherent visual language for the brand (colors, typography, imagery, layouts).&#8203;</li><li>Design marketing collaterals : social media creatives, posters, tent cards, in-store creatives, basic motion snippets, and digital ads.&#8203;</li><li>Prepare clean, organized, production-ready files for print and digital, ensuring correct formats, exports, and specifications.&#8203;</li><li>Maintain consistency with Tiamo&rsquo;s brand guidelines across all deliverables and touchpoints.&#8203;</li><li>Collaborate with the core team (strategy, copy, client POC) to understand briefs, brainstorm, and iterate quickly on feedback.&#8203;</li><li>Manage multiple small tasks and mini-deliverables in parallel while meeting agreed timelines for the proposal.&#8203;</li><li>Help build and maintain an asset library (templates, PSD/AI files, icons, image bank).&#8203;</li></ul>Required skills and experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic design/branding, preferably with F&amp;B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.&#8203;</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing branding work: logos, visual identity systems, and applied design (social, print, signage).&#8203;</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma/Adobe XD (or similar) for layouts and mockups.&#8203;</li><li>Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and grid-based layouts.&#8203;</li><li>Ability to interpret creative direction and turn loose ideas into polished visual concepts with minimal supervision.&#8203;</li><li>Comfortable working remotely/part-time with clear communication on deadlines and progress.&#8203;</li></ul>Engagement details<ul><li>Type: Part-time / project-based (focused on the requirement with potential for ongoing work).&#8203;</li><li>Location: Hybrid (Bangalore Only).&#8203;</li><li>Availability: Approx. 20 to 30 hours per week for 6 weeks.
