Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive membership acquisition through targeted sales strategies, networking, referrals, and tailored outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales plan aligned with the club&rsquo;s goals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.</li><li>
Manage the entire sales cycle&mdash;from lead generation and qualification to closing&mdash;delivering a premium experience that aligns with the club&rsquo;s brand standards.</li><li>
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with current members to ensure their continued satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, while identifying opportunities for upselling or exclusive memberships.</li><li>
Conduct regular follow-up communications with prospective and new members to foster trust, address inquiries, and maintain long-term engagement.</li><li>
Manage membership emails, responding to inquiries, taking necessary actions to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, events, and initiatives geared towards attracting high-quality prospects.</li><li>
Represent the club at various social and industry events, networking functions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and develop influential contacts within the Miami luxury lifestyle community.</li><li>
Serve members by addressing their requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional member experience.</li><li>
Assist with &ndash; when needed - member billing, payment issues, failed payments, and membership-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Assist with planning and executing member events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.</li><li>
Be present on the club floor regularly to socialize with members, build rapport, and foster a vibrant community environment.</li><li>
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, inquiries, follow-ups, and member interactions in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and enable effective tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Provide detailed and insightful reports to management on membership growth, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>
Analyze data and feedback to identify emerging market opportunities, challenges, and areas for strategic improvement in sales approaches and membership offerings.</li><li>
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to proactively position the club in a competitive landscape.</li><li>
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, meet the needs of the membership and the club&rsquo;s operational hours. This will be compensated with time off in lieu.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in high-end service industries such as luxury clubs, hotels, private events, real estate, or similar fields.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of the Miami market and the luxury lifestyle sector.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.</li><li>
A well-established network of influential contacts within Miami&rsquo;s high-net-worth community is a significant advantage.</li><li>
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for members.</li><li>
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.</li></ul>

Position Overview
The Moore&rsquo;s Director of Marketing and Communications will lead daily operations and execution of the property&rsquo;s communications channels, leading owned, earned and paid channel strategies, social media, content production and marketing initiatives for all components of The Moore. The role will be responsible for growing audience, connecting membership to relevant, necessary content and ensuring all member- guest-facing channels exemplify the brand.
Position Responsibilities<ul><li>
Create and execute strategies for social media accounts and lead all third-party partners such as digital marketing and PR.</li><li>
Facilitate ongoing communication and alignment across all departments, including Operations, Membership, F&amp;B, Hotel, Private Events, and vendors.</li><li>
Execute daily, weekly and monthly communications (E-newsletters, text messages, push app notifications).</li><li>
Oversee brand partnership content deliverables (social media, e-mail, recaps, photography, etc.)</li><li>
Manage and maintain relationships with freelance photographers for event coverage and social media content.</li><li>
Act as local point of contact for PR related matters.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with brand guidelines and acts as a gatekeeper to verify that all public-facing written and visual assets accurately reflect them.</li><li>
Devising or modifying procedures to solve process problems that will result in more efficient productivity and higher caliber product.</li><li>
Develop brand voice for all communications strategies and maintain brand identity across all platforms.</li><li>
Gathering business objectives from operations teams and proposing marketing solutions to help achieve them.</li></ul>
Supportive Functions<ul><li>
Attend mandatory meetings including departmental meetings, leadership meetings, etc.
</li><li>Participating in community events.
</li><li>Utilize traditional software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Micros, ADP, Open Table and any departmental specific systems used.</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director or Executive Leadership.</li><li>
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with WoodHouse policies and procedures.</li><li>
The hospitality business functions seven days a week. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.</li></ul>
Qualifications + Candidate Profile<ul><li>
Proven work experience as a Communications Director or similar role</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies</li><li>
Understand principles of copywriting, graphic design, layout and publishing</li><li>
Proficiency in social media platforms and social media marketing</li><li>
Impeccable copywriting and copy-editing abilities
</li><li>Experience working in editorial, media, public relations or other related field</li><li>
Experience building general marketing campaigns and strategies
