About the Role
The Moore Group is seeking a Design Strategy Lead to support our client Pfizer team. This role would support the Digital organization with a portfolio of over a thousand digital assets. The Design Strategy Lead drives strategic design initiatives that align user needs, business goals, and innovation-maximizing value realization across Digital.
The manager will lead projects across the Digital Creation Centre, combining creative and analytical skills to ensure we design experiences that meet the needs of users, and aligned to strategic organizational goals. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with all capabilities (UX Research, Product Design, Design Framework, Adoption) to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Form clear and concise project plans ensuring all Design Strategy and Value Insights activities are understood, scoped and planned for</li><li>
Lead and execute all key project phases including framing, current state mapping, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), insight generation, future state mapping etc.</li><li>
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data gathering exercises (surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops etc.) and generate meaningful, actionable data-driven insights / recommendations that increase Digital value impact (i.e., enhance user experience, increase solution effectiveness etc.)</li><li>
Translate insights and strategies into tangible design proposals to inspire and advance innovation</li><li>
Design and facilitate stakeholder engagements that foster shared understanding of complex processes, enable alignment and drive strategic decision making</li><li>
Deliver project outputs and presentations with a high degree of polish and professionalism</li><li>
Managing overall project execution, providing coaching and feedback where necessary</li><li>
Apply your extensive multi-disciplinary design knowledge to define methodologies, drive best practices and support the evolution of our Design Strategy and Value Insights capability</li><li>
Take ownership of accomplishing new and varied requests, exploring opportunities to add value to organizational accomplishments</li><li>
Design and facilitate strategy and innovation workshops (online / hybrid / F2F)</li><li>
Proficiency with Miro and Figma to support collaborative design activities and visualization of workflows</li><li>
Deliver visual outputs that drive strategic decision making e.g., service blueprints, system maps, user journeys, personas, innovation roadmaps, future state concepts etc.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's in Service Design, Interaction Design, Design Research, or a related field preferred</li><li>
Experience in project management or coordination (certification preferred)</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Familiarity with user-centered design principles, UX/UI</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment</li><li>
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Experience in Agile environments</li><li>
Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Figma, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)</li><li>
Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital innovation</li></ul></div>
