We believe in a work/life balance and improving the quality of life for every individual, resident and employee!Position Summary:As the Human Resources &amp; Payroll Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day HR and payroll operations under the guidance of the Executive Director. Your responsibilities will include processing weekly payroll, managing benefit administration, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our HR department and foster a positive work culture within our organization.Qualifications:HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CHHR) preferred.Experience with ADP Payroll platform preferred.Minimum of three years of experience in HR, with knowledge of payroll processing and federal/state employment lawsBenefits:At The Morrison Communities, we believe everyone counts!
