Manager, Inventory Control &amp; Freight Payment - Enterprise Business Services</div><div>
Join Mosaic as a Manager of Inventory Control and Freight Payment, where you'll lead critical teams that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our global supply chain operations. In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee inventory reconciliation and freight payment processes, aligning closely with corporate accounting and internal audit standards. You&rsquo;ll drive improvements in vendor care, reduce reconciliation variances, and support transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone passionate about process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.</div><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll need:</div><ul><li><div>
Lead the Inventory Control team to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reconciliations, focusing on root cause identification, timely resolution, and reduction of variances</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the Freight Payment team, ensuring accuracy in processing, vendor remittance reporting, and alignment with Mosaic&rsquo;s standards and expectations</div></li><li><div>
Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Warehousing &amp; Distribution Services to strengthen governance and reduce high-risk reconciliation issues</div></li><li><div>
Monitor, track, and report reconciliation item aging, ensuring SLA adherence and escalation processes are followed</div></li><li><div>
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging automation, system capabilities including SAP S/4 HANA and BlackLine, and standardized workflows to increase efficiency and transparency</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and external audit requirements</div></li><li><div>
Develop, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen leadership bench and technical expertise</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and delivery functional and operational KPIs to leadership, distinguishing between internal management metrics and external business-facing KPIs</div></li><li><div>
Serve as key escalation point for operational issues within Inventory Control and Freight Payment, driving timely resolution</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll need:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, supply chain or related field</div></li><li><div>
7+ years in accounting, inventory control, supply chain finance or related</div></li><li><div>
3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role</div></li><li><div>
Solid background in reconciliation processes, controls, SOX compliance and/or internal audit</div></li><li><div>
Experience in inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and root-cause problem solving</div></li><li><div>
Solid understanding of freight payment processes, vendor relations, and remittance reporting</div></li><li><div>
Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to design and implement KPIs, SOPs, and governance</div></li><li><div>
Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and/or Power BI for reporting and analytics</div></li><li><div>
Proven communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills</div></li><li><div>
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365</div></li><li><div>
Advance English</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA in finance or supply chain</div></li><li><div>
CPA or equivalent</div></li><li><div>
