 Key Responsibilities

 Develop tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

 Manage probate filings, fiduciary accountings, and estate administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle estate disputes and contested probate issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of trusts and estates experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of New Hampshire probate and tax laws
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to deliver client-centered legal solutions
