Job Summary</b><br>
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children at the club. This role supports supervising children, ensuring their safety, and facilitating fun and creative activities that promote learning and development. The Attendant will foster a positive, playful atmosphere while ensuring parents feel confident their children are in capable hands.<br>

<b>Reporting Structure</b><br>
<ul><li>Reports to the Director Kids Club</li></ul><br>
<b>
Day to Day</b><br>
<ul><li>Must be courteous and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with the members/guests and their children.</li><li>Connect with members regularly and promote club/children&rsquo;s activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells by engaging with each member&rsquo;s family in the facility.</li><li>Promote the youth/day care center amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.</li><li>Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children appropriately based on age, interests, etc.</li><li>Must monitor and actively always participate with children. Children must be under constant supervision by childcare attendants.</li><li>Must have the ability to deal appropriately with problem behaviors of children in the youth/day care center.</li><li>Assisting children with any help needed including serving lunch or dinner with drinks.</li><li>Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth/day care center.</li><li>Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging the entry area, and clearing any trash or debris.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
</li><li>Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.</li><li>Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.</li><li>Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.</li><li>Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</li><li>Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</li></ul><br>

About You</b><br>
Required<br>
<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety.</li></ul>
Preferred<br>
<ul><li>Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.</li><li>Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children.</li></ul><br>

Physical Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.</li><li>Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.</li><li>Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.</li><li>Talking, hearing, and seeing.</li></ul><br>

As a Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the club&rsquo;s standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. Day to Day</b></p><ul><li>
Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&amp;B service training program.</li><li>
Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.</li><li>
Know members&rsquo; names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience.</li><li>
Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.</li><li>
Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery.</li><li>
Prepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the star of each shift.</li><li>
Consistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing.</li><li>
Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies.</li><li>
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu.</li><li>
Ensure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control.</li><li>
Possess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club.</li><li>
Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service.</li><li>
Complete additional duties as assigned by management.</li><li>
Stay aware of and actively participate in team efforts, providing support wherever needed.</li><li>

Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.</li><li>
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.</li><li>
Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.</li><li>
Basic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals.</li><li>
Ability to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.</li><li>
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.</li><li>

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.</li><li>
