We are seeking a skilled Legal &amp; Documentation Associate to manage our legal affairs and ensure meticulous documentation across departments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Vetting and drafting of commercial agreements (vendor, partnership, etc.)</li><li>Proofreading and legal validation of product labels as per the Legal Metrology Act</li><li>Maintaining and organizing legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records</li><li>Handling day-to-day legal queries and issues across departments</li><li>Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, business regulations, and statutory requirements</li><li>Preparing legal notices, responses, and internal memos</li><li>Coordinating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies</li><li>Assisting in company secretarial work and ROC filings</li><li>Managing licenses, approvals, and audit documentation</li><li>Staying updated with changes in relevant laws and advising management accordingly</li><li>Ensuring timely renewals and filings under applicable laws</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Degree of Company Secretary</li><li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs and documentation</li><li>Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Legal Metrology Act</li><li>Excellent drafting, proofreading, and negotiation skills</li><li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory filings</li></ul>Team HRTNWJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
