Position Summary:

IEM is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for our Jacksonville, FL. locations and will report into the Director of Quality. The top priorities of this position will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, as well as implement Vendor Management program and supporting metrics. Significant involvement with all areas of vendors/suppliers and manufacturing, while also increasing our communication and collaboration with key departments is instrumental in this position.

Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL. offices and does not offer remote work. 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Ensuring suppliers for IEM maintains all regulations and requirements</li>
<li>Updating the supplier database with continuously updated records of performance</li>
<li>Creating quality control guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Providing advice to vendors on how to reduce defect rates</li>
<li>Performing logistics tasks, such as communicating with vendors when supplies don&rsquo;t meet quality standards</li>
<li>Assessing products and supplies from vendors to ensure their quality</li>
<li>Creating and promoting strategies to increase the quality and efficiency of systems and products</li>
<li>Conducting audits of supplier management quality systems</li>
<li>Acting as a liaison between vendors and company leaders, determining solutions to any challenges to quality standards</li>
<li>Visiting vendor facilities to ensure they uphold quality standards</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors</li>
<li>Oversee and develop process improvements strategies and document</li>
<li>Develop &amp; implement Vendor Management program and supporting metrics</li>
<li>Any other related duties in connection with the position including but not limited to:</li>
<li>Risk Assessments, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 5S, FOD Prevention, Kaizen, IPC Standards</li>
<li>Understanding of UL, CSA and other regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Must abide by Health and Safety Rules and have demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping/organizational practices</li>
<li>Responsible for compliance to company and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Maintain and develop strong working relationships with other departments outside vendors</li>

IEM is currently seeking a Quality Systems Technician for our Jacksonville FL. locations and will report into the Quality Systems Leader. The Quality Systems Technician plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital quality systems, smart tools, and quality infrastructure. Reporting to the Lead Quality Systems Engineer, this role focuses on setting up systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and enabling the smooth integration of quality processes within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the setup, configuration, and validation of quality systems, including smart tools, AI cameras, and digital inspection devices.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting issues related to EQMS platforms, smart inspection systems, and quality data capture tools.</li>
<li>Work with engineering, IT, and quality teams to integrate new tools and systems into production processes.</li>
<li>Help build and maintain process flows, control plans, and digital documentation related to quality system infrastructure.</li>
<li>Support the digitization, automation, and standardization of quality and traceability records, including inspection data, testing logs, serialization records, and process verification checkpoints.</li>
<li>Contribute to the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and user guides related to quality systems.</li>
<li>Participate in pilot runs and process trials to validate functionality and integration of smart quality tools.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and escalate recurring issues or improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of setups, system changes, and configuration parameters.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to shop floor users to ensure quality systems are functioning correctly.</li>
<li>Assist in quality-related training sessions for new tools or systems implementation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors or suppliers when technical support or software updates are needed for system hardware or software.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as needed to support the implementation and sustainability of quality system initiatives.</li>
<li>Ability to develop &amp; update programs and scripts for data validation, data sorting, automation, and creation of dashboards and visual reporting tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with serialization, traceability systems, digital quality records, and manufacturing data management principles is strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Diploma or technical certification in Quality, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role, preferably with exposure to quality or production systems.</li>
<li>⁠Experience with programming, scripting, or data visualization tools such as Python, SQL, VBA, or similar platforms is considered an asset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with EQMS platforms, process automation, or smart inspection technologies is an asset.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both hardware and software environments.</li>
<li>Ability to read technical drawings, flowcharts, and system diagrams.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with engineering, IT, and operations teams.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with digital tools used in quality systems.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing or six sigma principles is a plus.</li>

Position Summary

The Project Manager, AI &amp; Automation Delivery is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives spanning Salesforce CRM, artificial intelligence, and enterprise automation programs. Reporting to the Director of AI &amp; Automation Delivery, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile and project management experience, a track record of delivering Salesforce and automation solutions, and the communication skills to align diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. 


Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a self-directed project manager who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You are comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously, can cut through ambiguity to keep projects moving, and build trust quickly with stakeholders at every level. You bring a practical understanding of Salesforce platforms and modern automation tools, and you approach continuous improvement not as a buzzword but as a daily habit. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce, AI, and automation initiatives from initiation through go-live and hypercare support.</li>
<li>Define and maintain project scope, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.</li>
<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across one or more concurrent delivery teams.</li>
<li>Manage and prioritize project backlogs in JIRA, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned to business value.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Coordinate system integrations, data migrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities across project workstreams.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver project status updates, steering committee presentations, and executive-level dashboards.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project momentum.</li>
<li>Manage Salesforce CRM implementation and enhancement projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform integrations.</li>
<li>Support AI and intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation) projects from business case through production deployment.</li>
<li>Partner with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation including charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and adoption of project management standards, templates, and best practices within the department.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;7 years of project management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering technology or digital transformation projects.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; hands-on experience facilitating sprints and managing backlogs.</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operational environments.</li>
<li>Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft 365 suite for project tracking and collaboration.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills; capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation (RPA, low-code/no-code) is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platform implementations.</li></ul>
