 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The Nix Company is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong foundation in social media. This is a fast-paced, dynamic agency role where no two days look the same. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is not only organized and strategic, but genuinely excited about content, culture, and bringing brands to life in meaningful ways.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage day-to-day social media strategy and execution across multiple local and national client accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaign and business goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Concept, create, and oversee high-quality content&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Own caption writing and ensure a consistent, on-brand voice across all platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring all content aligns with client guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance, prepare monthly reports, and proactively identify opportunities for growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with internal design, content, and account teams to bring campaigns to life
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and reputation monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign ideation
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and support client shoots, activations, and key events for content capture
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and follow-through
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS:

 1&ndash;2 years of social media experience (agency or brand experience strongly preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong copywriting skills and a clear eye for creative direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and deadlines with precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
 </li>
 <li>
