The role involves ensuring timely, cost-effective, and transparent procurement to support program and operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract managementEnsure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and local procurement lawsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providersPrepare and review procurement plans, tenders, bid evaluations, and contractsMonitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issuesMaintain accurate procurement records and documentationCoordinate closely with finance, programs, and logistics teamsQualifications &amp; ExperienceMinimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field3-5 Years Experience preferredRelevant professional experience in procurement, preferably with an NGO, development sector, or donor-funded projectsStrong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiationsJob Location: EME LahoreSalary: 120,000 - 140,000 per month.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
