The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient with modern editing tools.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, campaigns, and internal use.</li><li>Collaborate with the media, marketing, and program teams to understand project requirements.</li><li>Add motion graphics, color grading, basic animation, and sound design as needed.</li><li>Maintain an organized digital asset library.</li><li>Ensure all video content aligns with The Noor Project&rsquo;s brand identity and messaging.</li><li>Capture on-site footage during events, activities, and field visits (when required).</li><li>Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Meet deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Experience with color correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.</li><li>Creative storytelling ability and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior NGO or project-based media production experience.</li><li>Experience with photography or camera operation.</li><li>Knowledge of social media content strategy.</li></ul>Experience: minimum 2 yearsJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
