The North Face: Senior Coordinator, Mobile Application
As a member of the Digital Operations team, the Senior Coordinator, Mobile Application will be responsible for continuing, enhancing and curating the technical roadmap while working with cross-functional and cross-brand teams to ensure the customer is thought of during each phase of execution. Secondarily, linking execution with our MMP, Kochava, to support providing seamless navigation experience within the app for customers coming in organically, and through owned channels and paid media marketing. You will partner with the Lifecycle Marketing and SEO teams to enable attribution for downloads using our MMP. The Senior Mobile App Coordinator will support with testing in the iOS and Android platforms prior to app releases and will be responsible for management of store lists for Full Price and Outlet stores and updates to the app store locator within CoreMedia. This role reports to the Director, eCommerce Operations, and is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week out of our Denver, Colorado HQ.

Have a mobile first and focused mindset, always looking at how to improve the mobile experience.</li><li>
Facilitate app links &amp; navigation through the Mobile Content Coordinator, in accordance with the mobile content calendar and business needs.</li><li>
Partner with the site content &amp; marketing teams to align as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with digital merchandisers, loyalty, content, ops both cross-channel and cross-brands</li><li>
Align with Centralized DT teams on backend release train schedules and updates.</li><li>
Consult with centralized UI/UX team on a regular basis to ensure open communication of expectations and deliverables.</li><li>
Participate in app UAT testing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution of app content updates + biweekly releases.</li><li>
Work with the retail team to keep store finders up to date for new store openings.</li><li>
Own ASO, ASO updates and app releases.</li><li>
Coordinate with Lifestyle Marketing to support SMS or Push platform updates.</li><li>
Optimizing app financial performance through consistent data analysis</li></ul><div>
What do you need to succeed?</div><div>
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you&rsquo;ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience, ideally within a Native Application environment as a content coordinator, QA coordinator, or related digital position.</div><div>
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:</div><ul><li>
Asset publishing and content maintenance with a Content Management System (Coremedia preferred)</li><li>
Ecommerce or digital design environment</li><li>
Post-production understanding</li><li>
Familiar with project management systems (Wrike, JIRA, Confluence)</li><li>
Digital analytics tool (Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics)</li><li>
Experience with a MMP (Kochava, Adjust etc.) is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Experience using Jira for reporting bugs and updating products</li><li>
Detail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measure</li><li>
Strong project management skills</li><li>
Demonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnership</li><li>
Ability to account for differences between iOS and Android experiences during testing</li></ul><div>

Hiring Range:
$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Manager Digital Analytics
The Manager of Digital Analytics is a key member of The North Face Americas eCommerce team, responsible for leading performance reporting, full-funnel analysis, and digital insights for our North America online business. This role owns the digital analytics roadmap and leads a team of two analysts. The Manager partners cross-functionally to interpret performance trends and influence strategies that drive KPI improvement. We&rsquo;re looking for a data-driven storyteller with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the digital funnel, and the ability to lead both people and performance in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, reporting into our Denver, Colorado HQ 3 days/week. 
What you will do:<ul><li>
Lead digital performance reporting for TNF Americas&mdash;lead the development, automation, and evolution of dashboards and KPI tracking tools across the full consumer funnel.</li><li>
Oversee insights and storytelling across daily, weekly, quarterly and seasonal reviews.</li><li>
Assist in authoring business requirements for any new reporting capabilities that need to be developed.</li><li>
Lead Monday Readouts&mdash;deliver a clear POV on business performance: what happened, why, and what action is needed next.</li><li>
Analyze end-to-end funnel performance, identifying improvement opportunities across consumer acquisition and retention, traffic, conversion, and average order value, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Content, Merchandising) to action against insights.</li><li>
Evaluate product, site paths, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities, reduce drop-offs, and optimize engagement, conversion, and personalization strategies.</li><li>
Assess funnel performance by page, category, and entry point, providing actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce or abandonment.</li><li>
Lead the build and maintenance of KPI targets tied to financial goals&mdash;by channel and customer type.</li><li>
Own digital forecast accuracy&mdash;track and improve forecast-to-actual performance through collaboration with Planning and Marketing.</li><li>
Build forward-looking forecasting tools&mdash;connect seasonal assortment and customer acquisition plans to KPI expectations and long-range performance planning.</li><li>
Guide SEO strategy and execution&mdash;report on organic performance and support the implementation of optimization strategies.</li><li>
Recommend and integrate new tools or data sources (e.g. SimilarWeb, EDITED) to extend the team&rsquo;s analytics toolkit.</li><li>
Manage and develop a high-performing team&mdash;prioritize workstreams and elevate overall analytics capability.</li></ul>

Be the digital analytics subject matter expert&mdash;own/influence GA, Power BI, and VF platforms.</li><li>
Lead full-funnel performance reporting&mdash;from acquisition and engagement to conversion and revenue.</li><li>

Build a prioritized digital analytics roadmap&mdash;starting with gap analysis and evolving capabilities over time.</li><li>

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years in digital analytics, forecasting, performance marketing analytics, or similar roles.<ul><li>
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills</li><li>
Deep experience with digital analytics platforms (GA)</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital KPIs: traffic, conversion, RPV, bounce, ROAS, cart abandonment, etc.</li><li>
Experience owning and improving forecast accuracy</li><li>
Full-funnel analysis expertise, from acquisition through post-purchase behavior</li><li>
Experience using external benchmarking tools (e.g. SimilarWeb and EDITED)</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into stories and strategy</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proven leadership experience and ability to prioritize work across a team</li></ul><div>
