We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity and design strategy across all platforms.Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer with over 10 years of professional experience to oversee the creation and execution of high-impact visual designs. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to elevate our brand through print and digital media, marketing campaigns, educational content, and visual communication assets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain The North Land Institute&rsquo;s visual identity across all platforms.</li><li>Design promotional and marketing materials including brochures, banners, digital ads, course catalogs, and presentation decks.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations teams to create compelling visual content that supports enrollment and brand engagement.</li><li>Produce graphics for web, email, and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.</li><li>Oversee design projects from concept through execution to final delivery.</li><li>Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and target audience.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships for printing and production, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.</li><li>Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in education, training, or professional services.</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional work.</li><li>Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital design principles.</li><li>Ability to lead creative direction while working independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with branding, campaign development, and content strategy is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
