Receptionist Job Summary</b></div><div>
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. You&rsquo;ll be the face of our community and all we represent.</div><p></p><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude.</li><li>
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.</li><li>
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.</li><li>
Assist residents and their families with general information and inquiries.</li><li>
Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with various community services.</li><li>
Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.</li><li>
Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.</li></ul></div><div>

Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer applications.</li><li>
Empathy and understanding for the needs of senior residents.</li><li>
Be compassionate and patient, professional and courteous at all times.</li></ul></div><div>
