While the entrepreneur is the founder of multiple businesses, including The NOW, this position does not manage or support corporate or brand-owned social media accounts. Content will be centered on the entrepreneur as an individual; highlighting her lifestyle, motherhood journey, wellness practices, personal style, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes moments of entrepreneurship, rather than promoting or managing company social channels.<br>

<li>Coordinate and direct content shoots, including locations, angles, and storytelling elements.</li>
<li>Maintain a visually cohesive presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with flexibility to expand to additional platforms (including podcasting).</li>
<li>Stay ahead of trends in fashion, wellness, lifestyle, parenting, and quiet luxury to keep content fresh and engaging.</li>
<li>Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate a strong, engaged community (with guidance).</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across affiliated businesses to ensure alignment while maintaining a primary focus on the entrepreneur&rsquo;s personal brand.</li>
<li>Independently create content while leveraging opportunities with photographers, videographers, stylists, speaking engagements, and on-location shoots.</li>

<li>Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, CapCut, podcast platforms, and YouTube Shorts, with strong platform-specific knowledge.</li>
<li>Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative editing tools.</li>
<li>Strong photography and videography skills required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in social media management and content creation is required.</li>
