What are we solving for?</b></div><div>
We are solving for households in poverty who are also financially and socially vulnerable through a targeted, multi-faceted, and sequenced model called the graduation approach, which has demonstrated that we can durably pull households out of poverty.</div><div>

What will you do?</b></div><ul><li>
Understand the needs of donors, national and state stakeholders to define dashboard goals and metrics</li><li>
Translate user requirements into clear, intuitive, impactful dashboard visualizations</li><li>
Lead the design and delivery of dashboards that support program performance monitoring and decision making</li><li>
Conduct analytical deep dives to generate insights for state teams and inform decision making</li><li>
Collaborate with data analysts to build high performing, scalable and reliable dashboards</li><li>
Define and standardize key metrics and indicators across programs and states</li><li>
Ensure data consistency, accuracy and reliability across large datasets</li><li>
Continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Who are we looking for in this role?</b></div><ul><li>
7-10 years of work experience in product strategy, consulting, product management or data analytics</li><li>
Proficient in data analytics tools and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python)</li><li>
Ability to learn, iterate and pivot based on new information or constraints</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Passion and hunger for solving big social problems at scale</li><li>
Growth mindset to learn new concepts</li><li>
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders</li><li>
Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and English</li><li>
